Irad Eyal returned to True Entertainment in 2008 to oversee development of reality and game show formats. He first worked for the company in 2003, helping create and produce Help Wanted for TLC.

Before joining True, Irad headed production for City Lights Television, supervising over 250 episodes of tv including Cover Shot (TLC), She House (WE), It's All Geek to Me (Discovery), The Suite (AMC), and Party Girl (TLC). As an experienced director with credits from Room Raiders (MTV) to Wife Swap (NBC), Irad brings his knowledge of production to every project he develops. Irad is focused on creating intense, inventive, and irreverent formats.
