PERSONAL JUSTICE is crime solving in the first person.

In each story presented in PERSONAL JUSTICE, a hero reveals their extraordinarily personal journey to find a single truth: how or why their loved one suffered a tragic death or a seemingly senseless act of violence.

PERSONAL JUSTICE is told from the POV of the victim’s family member or close friend. It is not a cop story. It is tale about a civilian’s very personal journey to solve a crime – with or without the help of law enforcement.

Our protagonists narrate their own tales, giving the series a raw suspense and a powerful emotional thrust. They have far more invested in solving the case than any police force or DA. They’re everyday heroes who have everything at stake – finding justice for themselves and their loved ones.

Our featured cases come from every corner of the country and cover every conceivable crime … murders, assaults, missing persons, and everything in between. They all start with one common thread: at some point during the initial inquiry, the case hit a dead end. Even the most seasoned experts - cops, private eyes, DAs - couldn’t solve these cases.

Although they’re not trained investigators, the heroes learn new crime-solving techniques, track down new evidence or locate witnesses that help them crack their cases. Through perseverance and a fresh perspective on the investigations, the heroes buck the odds to solve the cases, bring the perpetrators to justice, and put their own minds at ease.

In some cases, the hero finds the true perpetrator of a crime. In others, he overturns an unjust verdict, kick starts a closed investigation, or clears the name of a loved one.

This is a series that celebrates a deeply personal search for truth and justice.
