We follow a tireless team of ER doctors, trauma surgeons, nurses, and residents as they work around the clock with only one goal: to save every life, every time. But it’s not easy. Faced with everything from car accidents and strokes, to multiple gunshot wounds and emergency childbirth, no two days on the job are the same.
